Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds and cancellations for digital services.

1. Overview

At CLIPITRA DIGITAL SERVICES LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including website design, mobile app development, and logo design. Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.

2. No Refund After Work Begins

Once work has commenced on a project, no refunds will be issued. This is because our services are digital in nature and involve the dedication of time, effort, and creative resources that cannot be reversed or reused.

By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital services are non-tangible and cannot be "returned" like physical products.
  • Work begins as soon as the project is confirmed and the initial payment is received.
  • Time and creative effort invested in each project are irreversible.

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you wish to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following:

  • A cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email.
  • The request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  • Any applicable processing or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Project Modifications

If you are unsatisfied with the direction of a project, we encourage you to communicate your concerns early. We offer a reasonable number of revisions as part of each project agreement. Significant changes in project scope may require additional charges.

5. Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the project as agreed.

6. Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error or have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
