Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CLIPITRA DIGITAL SERVICES LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following digital services:

• Website Design and Development
• Mobile App Development
• Logo Design

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables.
• Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, the following applies:

• A partial or full advance payment may be required before work begins.
• Final deliverables will be released only after full payment is received.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables will be transferred to the Client. However:

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in the project may be subject to their own licensing terms.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once work has started. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

8. Limitation of Liability

CLIPITRA DIGITAL SERVICES LLP shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• No refund will be issued for work already performed.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
